So storage says installed, one page listing the various packs said INSTALLED but in trying to play offline it was not installed. So, which is it: INSTALLED or interrupted? Went offline and selected MULTIPLAYER but once again it said cannot use until a special pack was installed, same with campaign. Came back a few days later and in storage MODERN WARFARE had to loaded to some 165Gigs, selected game again and it said MULTIPLAYER and CAMPAIGN installed on one page but on another it was installation interrupted or another such word. I selected the game and went off line to play but it said to play campaign or multiplayer (the two I generally play) could not be played without the special packs which I thought I bought along with the PS4 PRO. Then I created a new email address and created a new PS userid and pw which kind of worked. I decided to create new PS userid and pw but my alternate email address was disconnected from server and MICROSOFT was no help in reconnecting. Trouble with wi-fi connection then needed to sign into PLAYSTATION NETWORK but of course since I only play offline forgot my password PS would not help change PW because they wanted data on original computer which died five years ago and said it would be a security risk to allow a PW change. Received and placed disk in player thinking it was all loaded and ready to play.
